Cuan Mor has quickly developed a reputation for It’s stunning scenery and grounds. we offer breathtaking views of Strangford lough and beyond. Together with your partner you can enjoy intimate moments together nestled in the serenity and tranquility that Cuan Mor has to offer. Our truly unique setting hosts it’s own private lake with private jetty, the most romantic atmosphere in which you could ask for your loved ones hand in marriage.
Proposal Package
Our proposal package includes:
- Champagne on arrival
- Overnight accomodation in one of our luxury lodges.
- Romance set-up at dusk.
- If chosen, we can provide exclusive hire of Cuan Mor, no other bookings shall be taken on the night of your proposal to ensure total privacy.*
- Private jetty overlooking the lake, decorated with candles, rose petals and chocolate dipped strawberries/s’mores.
- Dedicated member of the Cuan Mor team to assist and liaise in all areas of your evening. Discretely on hand if you would like post-engagement photographs.
- If required, we can arrange professional photographers. *
- Champagne and ice-bucket setup.
- Use of a private hot-tub for the duration of your stay.
- Log fire on the jetty.

Post-Engagement
We have the choice of either.
A romantic candle lit picnic set-up in the field, looking out on the lough. (Weather permitting)
OR
Romantic candle lit picnic set-up in our Cuan Mor Relaxation Area.
These include:
Champagne Set-up
Hamper from local artisan Sugar Drops, filled with indulgent treats.
Either option shall be set–up for your arrival, along with rose petals and bio-ethanol fire.
Followed by, turn-down service in your log-cabin.
Congratulations message on our in-cabin lightbox.
Congratulatory Cup-Cakes.
We also offer the option of a private chef, if you prepare to dine on-location. Prices on this to be confirmed by correspondence.
